Having lot of trouble trying to get dragonite 6 IV, my timer0 going all over the place, I was getting 1678 five out seven times during calibration, but as I go for dragonite timer0 is getting as high as 1683

I genned some pokemons for the battle subway, to make them 31IV, right nature and so on. Because it just feels impossible if not.

YES Loan pokemon are the best way to solve it. Hell if they want to get funny about it let people upload pokemon as loan pokemon and have a used counter to make it more community interactive

I haven't played since gen 4 and was wondering if competitive Pokemon was still as awful for team building as back then. Then this pops up in my recommended lol. Also if you got both Emerald and Platinum, no need for RNG manip for master balls, just clone them in emerald and transfer them over.

man i remember starting breeding for competitive just in gen 6, with x/y. i had like all the ou pokemon at the time with perfect ivs, plus some uu and below. almost 5k eggs, 400 hours. i still have all my boxes in the cartridge

Does anyone actually enjoy building a 'perfect' pokemon (Nature, IV, EV)? For me, this is more like a hassle than a challenge. It's like having to do pushups every time you login. Its not a challenge, its just dumb. Why don't they just make Nature, IV and EV fully customisable through in game UI?

Well damn first timer here doing anything remotely close to this solely because I had a copy of ruby with a dead battery and some time. I didn't even finish the video before I got the shiny. The hardest part was getting the trainer id correct, after that I got a shiny torchic in 11 resets

Just for anyone wondering you need to be on the same seed and have the same trainer ID as blisy uses in his hgss cute charm + shiny starter video for this to work. TID: 39771 SID: 39765 SEED: AD1713A8 I do not know how to RNG manip for a shiny starter at the start of the game here besides what he shows and from a quick google search it doesn't really looks like there is another way besides old school Soft-reseting. The only thing I can think of is if you can save at the lab door or your house and then find a seed that moves the NPC's the same and then do what he did to get to the same amount of advances but a different pokemon bc different seed. idek tho and im just yapping + theorizing but I think its definitely possible to get way to manip for a shiny starter i just have little understanding

Friendly reminder: In version 4.2.0 of PokéFinder you have to click on the ID's button to get to the TID/SID menu, click PID under the "Filters" section and then type "a" to get the required Seed etc.

I really think the game would be better off without this type of thing. When the community starts reducing the game to spreadsheets and 3rd party software something is wrong. I was wondering about this because I recently RNGd the exact same rattata while trying to obtain a shiny gastly, a friend of mine said that PID clones will get flagged by home as being clones but I found some other sources saying that home doesn't care about that because raid dens in SWSH and SV are all PID clones (I don't see how they could be unless the same person does the raid more than once) which is probably why the mightiest mark pokemon are only able to be captured once by each player?

Eh, most of that's useless, I just needed to figure out the PokeFinder bit to find valid PIDIV soreads for shiny shadow-locked mons, PkHex can handle it from there.

Go after Gabby and Ty (the reporter and her cameraman) is much easier by just going into their 3 favorite locations and cycle through those locations . You would net 7500 per win and you don't need to matchcall
